The audit, which took place over five days in April 2026, covered all aspects of Juara's quality management system, including:

  • Quality inspection and testing procedures
  • Customer service and complaint handling
  • Continuous improvement initiatives

The auditors commended Juara for its robust quality management practices and noted several areas of excellence, including the company's investment in automated testing equipment and its comprehensive employee training programs.

The certification covers Juara's manufacturing facilities in Lanxi, Zhejiang Province, and applies to the design, manufacture, and sale of lead-acid and lithium batteries for automotive, industrial, and energy storage applications.
